RESERVE THE KLEIN FOREST AUDITORIUM IN 4 EASY STEPS!

STEP 1:

CHECK AVAILABILITY FOR YOUR PROPOSED DATE AND TIME BELOW

The Calendar events below are only for the KF Auditorium. All other campus facility events will not be reflected.

STEP 2:

Klein Forest will continue to use the Facility request form located in KNET, this form can also be located in the button below. Please complete the form after confirming your proposed date is available. You will need to download the file to your desktop in order to save your information.

IF ENTERING MULTIPLE DATES, PLEASE MAKE SURE “Date(s) of Use:” SECTION ON THE FORM IS COMPLETELY VISIBLE.

HOW TO SUBMIT FORM: Email the completed form with  the subject: Auditorium Request Form to Patricia Gregory at pgregory@kleinisd.net 
and CC Fernando Albarran @ Falbarran1@kleinisd.net.

You may contact Technical Director, Fernando Albarran at Falbarran1@kleinisd.net for specific inquiries or questions. 

STEP 3:

REQUEST STUDENT TECHNICIAN

The use of the auditorium space requires at least 1 student technician for the amount of at least 3 hours. Complete and submit the form below, after it is received; you will be contacted by Mr. Albarran to confirm all details and needs.

Once your facility paperwork has been approved, your event will finally appear in the Auditorium Calendar above in step 1! Your event on the calendar will display general information along with an assigned student technician. PLEASE make sure the information is ACCURATE .

Contact Technical Director, Fernando Albarran at Falbarran1@kleinisd.net if any changes/ cancellations need to be made or if you have any questions along the way.  

STEP 4:

Submit Purchase Order (PO)

The use of the auditorium space requires at least 1 student technician for the amount of at least 3 hours. After your event is approved,  you will need to contact Heather Cummings  at Hcummings1@kleinisd.net to submit a Purchase Order. This is how your technician will receive payment for their services.
